B.B.A. LL.B (Hons.)

Integrated BBA LLB Hons is a five-year undergraduate programme that integrates the study of business management with the study of law. The programme provides a unique combination of business and its relationship with the legal and law system. It is designed to prepare students to become legal professionals with expert knowledge in jurisprudence and an understanding of the commercial and business aspects of a corporate and legal environment.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent in any stream and with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

B.Com. LL.B (Hons.)

B Com LLB Hons programme is a five-year integrated course that enables students to pursue both Bachelor of Commerce B Com and LLB simultaneously. This course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of business and law, with a focus on commercial and corporate law. This programme will aid the students to learn about legal framework of business and commerce, contract law, corporate law and international trade.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent in Commerce stream or any other stream with mathematics and with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

B.A. LL.B (Hons.)

Bachelor of Arts in Law (Honours) programme, commonly known as BA LLB (Honours) course, is an integrated five-year undergraduate law programme, combining liberal arts education with in-depth legal knowledge, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal system and the skills needed to become a successful lawyer. The curriculum also includes practical training such as moot courts, legal aid clinics, internships and research projects to help students gain hands-on experience

LL.B. (Hons)

An LLB Hons degree is a three-year undergraduate degree focused on understanding various types of law and legal systems with additional coursework and extensive research projects. This programme covers subjects such as the Law of Contract, Family Law, Constitutional Law, Company Law, Jurisprudence, Labour & Industrial Law, and Public International Law.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates must have an undergraduate degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50%.

LL.M.

Post Graduate in Law or LLM. This is a one year programme. The program is spread over two semesters and consists of the core LLM. Subject, an optional course, and an essay. The main topics are law and justice in a globalizing world, research methods and legal writing, and comparative public law/governance systems. These subjects are classroom-based, and students are expected to complete six elective courses over two semesters, which are research-based. A wide range of optional courses are available in the area of specialization. These can be from different specializations depending on the interest of the student. Essay writing is an essential component of the program. This course provides in-depth knowledge and training in legal studies, helping students gain a broad approach to research and professional application.

Candidates must have passed LLB. With minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
